Rack Of Ages!


Ribs are a barbecue staple, some like them slathered in bbq sauce some like em the way I do, DRY. Either way you take them, its important that you know if you are getting real smoked barbeque or just charcoal grilled or heaven forbid food service grade packaged crap. I know when I go to get ribs I like dry St Louis style with a little spicy bbq sauce on the side. And I think my buddy Gumbojoe likes it that way too.
